Hey, it’s Catherine

Our coaching is different from anything else you’ve tried. We offer grief coaching that works to move youforward and inspires youto embrace your future. We believe in a deeply empathetic approach where individuals who have experienced profound loss can navigate grief in community, and express and explore their feelings without judgment. Being grief-inspired means that your experience with loss has profoundly shaped your perspective, purpose, or actions. Instead of being consumed by grief, you allow it to transform you, guiding your choices in a way that honors the loss while finding meaning and growth.
